Extension of the da Vinci school garden in Dolní Břežany – ANCHORA

In the given case, these are fragmented, modeled plots, with a conceptual alternation of areas aimed at various activities of children of all age levels (kindergarten and elementary school) and high school students visiting the facilities of the Da Vinci school, where, in addition to the paths, paved areas, forums, fire pits , a children’s playground, a track for a bounce house, agricultural circles, a multi-purpose playground, a water world, various game elements, small structures (arbors and houses for tools, etc.), small garden architecture (paths, walls, bridges, footbridges) and garden improvements implemented according to the project documentation in 2015. The north, northeast, east and west sides of the school grounds are adjacent to public space, the south side of the school grounds are adjacent to private gardens and existing buildings.
The entire school campus is located near the center of Dolní Břežany near us. 5 May and within the perimeter of the village there are several parks (the park near the monument to war heroes, the Mill Park, the Celtic Park, the castle park, the Na Hrázi playground, the cemetery Dolní Břežany with linden alley, etc.). Due to the school’s capacity, it will be necessary to build additional buildings (a gymnasium with workshops and studios, a boarding school, a dining hall with social spaces and a senate, and a sports hall with a parking lot) and to expand the school campus with newly purchased land, possibly on municipal land.
